Thaon is now PracticeXpert Inc. Thaon shareholders hold all of their original shares in Thaon/PracticeXpert Inc. and were given a dividend in LBC in addition to your Thaon/PracticeXpert Inc. holdings. Your shares were calculated based on your percentage of ownership in Thaon as of 2/14/03. Based on that percentage each Thaon shareholder got their share of the 300,000 shares Thaon gave as a dividend. LBC will register all dividend recipients' shares when we go public.

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., Jan. 21, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thaon Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:THON) announced today that it will dividend 300,000 shares, which represents Thaon's 15% ownership interest in Legal Broadcast Company (now LBC Global, Inc.), to all Thaon shareholders of record as of February 14 2003 on a pro rata proportion basis. The 300,000 shares represent all of the remaining interest that Thaon holds in the former LBC.
