LBC Global, Inc. (formerly Legal Broadcast Company) has signed the final stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of True Colors, Inc., an educational and training systems company. Balance sheet consolidation is effective as of January 1, 2004.
For over 25 years, True Colors has been dramatically enhancing lives all over the world. Translated into nine languages, and brought to millions through a network of over 16,000 Certified Trainers, True Colors is utilized daily in workplaces, schools, government and non-profit agencies, communities and families internationally.
True Colors’ customers are raving fans, coming back again and again, as the language and use of True Colors grows more and more popular every time it’s applied. Some of True Colors’ satisfied customers include Microsoft, Disney, Boeing, Xerox, Cisco, Systems, Pacific Bell, U.S. Navy, Motorola, Ford Motor Company, thousands of schools, including elementary, middle schools, high schools, colleges, and universities and Thousands of Non-Profits, including The American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and The U.S. Girl Scouts.
True Colors is fully accredited through City University in Renton, WA. It is based on the work of the psychologists Carl Jung, Isabel Myers (Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator), and David Kiersey. Independent scientific research has been conducted that supports True Colors’ effectiveness as a tool for teambuilding, marketing, sales, teaching, and systemic improvement through creating positive attitudes and improved communication among participants.
LBC Global will start the final accounting and regulatory process to go public in the $4.00 range within 6-9 months. The final private placement will close at the end of June 2004.
