True Colors, Inc. offers a variety of programs, including Basic Awareness Seminars and Certification Training to become a True Colors Basic Awareness Facilitator or a Career Development Facilitator, as well as Advanced Applications training in the areas of Communications, Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Stress Reduction, Wellness, Teaching/Learning Skills, etc. There are also full organizational development programs, including exciting Edutainment Events, for corporations, hospitals, schools and non-profit organizations. True Colors can be correlated with Holland Themes, DOT, Keirsey Temperaments and MBTI.

True Colors Basic Awareness Certification Training builds understanding and rapport with diverse groups, develops positive self-esteem in self and others, provides effective team building techniques and communications. Trained Facilitators can conduct a True Colors Basic Awareness Seminar and become licensed to purchase True Colors materials. The cost is $995 per person or $795 for nonprofit, government and educational organizations. Meals, lodging and travel are not included.

True Colors Career Development Certification Training is a two-day course, which provides mastery in using True Colors as a self assessment and one-on-one career counseling/coaching tool to discover the natural talents and values that motivate each individual. Cost for Career Development scheduled training is $495 if paid before deadline and $550 after. Meals, lodging and travel are not included. If a True Colors Basic Awareness Facilitator wants to be certified in Career Development, they may attend a one-day program for a discounted price of $295. A Career Development Facilitator can be certified in Basic Awareness by taking the 2 ½ day course with a discount of $295 off the regular price.
