LBC Global Changes Name to True Colors International
Adds Two New Board Members

Santa Ana, CA…On March 1, 2006, Doug Mondo, CEO of LBC Global, Inc., announced the company has been changed to True Colors International to better reflect the company’s focus of becoming the preeminent provider of training and educational materials.

In the spring of 2004, LBC Global acquired True Colors, Inc., which for nearly 30 years has been presenting entertaining and effective training programs that teach people how to discover their personal strengths, while understanding and valuing the strengths of others. True Colors is an easy-to-use, yet very accurate personality assessment tool, utilizing four primary colors based on Meyers-Briggs and the Keirsey Temperament Theory.

True Colors Programs include Basic Awareness Seminars, Certification Trainings, Edutainment Events and packaged training programs. These programs deal with personality differences between people, communication, team building, stress reduction, wellness, teaching/learning styles, conflict resolution and a host of others in corporations, schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, government, military installations, and non-profit organizations throughout the world.

Iain G. Saul Brings Inventor/Investor Experience
To True Colors International Board of Directors

Iain Saul, Physicist, Scientist, Engineer and Investor in start up companies, has joined the Board of Directors of True Colors International. Over the past 30 years, he has successfully developed new products and brought them to market by establishing manufacturing and sales facilities. As an Investor/CEO he has experience with the financial aspects of growth businesses, having funded advanced technology ventures and establishing profitable businesses world-wide.

Some of Saul’s better known products are the Electronic Wall Studfinder, LCD Welding Helmets, Emergency Location Beacons (epirbs), and the gel materials used in bike seats. The gel products have also been used in the movie special effects industry for films, such as The Matrix, Lord of the Rings, and King Kong. Saul is also the co-patent owner of the technology used in the newly emerging “Electronic Digital Billboard’s” and he helped establish the Millennium Sign Company in Salt Lake City in 2002.

Saul is a helicopter owner and pilot and currently involved in a joint venture helicopter training school and charter in China. His pastimes include horseback riding, opera, sailing and outdoor activities, which include holding a Marine Navigator/ ocean skippers license.

Roderick de Greef Brings CFO Experience
to the Board of True Colors International

Roderick de Greef has also joined the Board of Directors of True Colors International, Inc. During his 23 year career, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for various development stage companies, handling equity and debt financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic and financial planning, corporate restructuring and integration, corporate governance and investor relations. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Heart, Inc., a publicly held medical device company, located in Bedford, MA. From 2001 to 2005 he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Cardiac Science, Inc., a publicly held developer, manufacturer and marketer of in-hospital and public access defibrillation equipment, which grew from $4 million to $68 million in revenue and merged with Quinton Cardiology in September 2005.

Mr. de Greef is currently a member of the Board of Director’s and audit committee of Endologix, a publicly held developer of minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of cardiovascular disease located in Irvine, CA, and he is a member of the Board of Director’s of BioLife Solutions, a development stage biotechnology company located in Owego, NY.
