True Colors was founded in 1978 by Don Lowry. It began as a metaphoric color system, developed to help people better understand themselves and others through personality testing. Based on the work of David Keirsey, True Colors has been a proven tool used to improve classroom performance, motivate employees, and form proactive relationships.
